‘Partners for Justice Season 2’ with One Last Episode

Successfully Catches Ratings X Attention 

In MBC ‘Partners for Justice Season 2’, Mansuk Oh (Jihan Doh) found out that MINUE has another personality and that he committed a crime in the past. The scene pulled up level of immersion to the top.

According to The Nielsen Company, episode 29 and 30 of ‘Partners for Justice’ recorded capital ratings of 10.1%, exceeding the two-digit figure. Also, 2049 ratings also recorded 4.5% based on viewers’ active supports on every episode. As a well-made investigative drama, ‘Partners for Justice Season 2’ secures its throne among the Monday and Tuesday dramas and writes new history for the seasonal drama. 

With its detailed and delicate stories, ‘Partners for Justice Season 2’ covers the special cooperation between a strange forensic doctor Jaeyoung Jeong (Bum Baek), new prosecutor Yumi Jeong (Eunsol), and experienced prosecutor Mansuk Oh (Jihan Doh). The episodes about ‘Mansang Oh Case’ from season 1 and new mysterious cases are attracting the attentions of viewers.  

Especially, director Dochul Noh is participating from script to planning as a creator leading the seasonal drama based on his detailed and delicate directing. With favorable responses from viewers, ‘Partners for Justice Season 2’ settled as a well-made Korean investigative drama.

In episode 29 and 30 aired on July 23, Mansuk Oh who fainted after getting hit by MINUE woke up. Then, he found out that MINUE had a multiple personality disorder and that MINUE was the criminal for the snake venom death case.

To find out the past of MINUE, Mansuk Oh headed to the hospital where Noh’s mother worked. Then, Oh was told that Noh’s mother passed away 9 years ago and that there was a rumor about his son killing her.

While Mansuk Oh was trying to find the investigative data related to MINUE’s mother, Oh found an interrogation on the suspect prepared by the prosecutor who was in charge of the case at that time. Then, Oh found out that the name of the prosecutor was ‘Daechul Gal’. After all, Oh realized that Doguk Lee (Daechul Gal) was the one who abetted MINUE.

Meanwhile, Eastern Branch of Public Prosecutors’ Office was holding a disciplinary committee on Mansuk Oh. Then, Jaeyoung jeong appeared with a snake and put snake’s teeth on a leather couch. He said “The criminal put the head of short-tailed viper snake to the victim’s ankle to make a poison fang mark”. Jeong also put the injector with a medicine on the couch and said “After that, the criminal directly injected undiluted venom to the poison fang mark!”. Jeong revealed that the snake venom death case was actually a murder case. As a result, the disciplinary committee on Mansuk Oh was dismissed.

After returning to Eastern Branch of Public Prosecutors’ Office, Mansuk Oh went to Doguk Lee and asked him about his relationship with MINUE. Then, Lee told Oh about MINUE’s past. Lee also commented that he lost contact with Noh as Noh went to see his father. Then, Oh rushed out to find MINUE and episode 29 and 30 ended by intensifying curiosity toward the last episode. 

The final episode of ‘Partners for Justice Season 2’ will be aired on July 29 (Mon), 8:55 PM.
